[Yanel-dev] Ports scanning re Tomcat

Hi

Various people were telling me that they had issues re ports conflicts 
if for example they already had another
Tomcat installed on their operating system. I have now added a question 
re ports to the configure script,
which does not solve the issue automatically, but at least should make 
people more aware of this.

@Guillaume: You told me that there is a bugzilla entry, but I couldn't 
find it. Maybe you can send a pointer to this email thread.

Please be aware that the "build quick-start" target does assume that all 
ports are available. I guess there we would need some port scanning lib, 
e.g.
