I have added it to

svn ci -m "added jelly debug according to bugzilla 7243, but commented"
conf/log4j.properties
Sende          conf/log4j.properties
Übertrage Daten .
Revision 44001 übertragen.

but commented it such that it has no bad influence within productive
environments
(also see comment)
