[Yanel-dev] XHTML_STRICT serializer

Hi

If I explicitely specify the XHTML_STRICT serializer

<serializer key="XHTML_STRICT"/>

and reload the page and check page info, then I receive the "Quirks 
Mode", whereas if I don't specify any serializer then I receive 
"Standards compliance mode".

Any idea why this is the case?
