allow to resolve URIs which point to a repository node.

suggested syntax:
 yanelrepo:{realmID}:{repoID}:{path}
 yanelrepo:{realmID}:{path}
 yanelrepo:{path}
 
e.g.
 yanelrepo:myrealm:myrepo:/foo/bar.xml
 yanelrepo:myrealm:/foo/bar.xml
 yanelrepo:/foo/bar.xml
