added yanelrepo protocol

This patch is based on Jonathan's URI resolver.
It adds the option of specifying the realmID and the repoID.
Moreover, it adds a generic SourceResolver which allows to use different
protocols using one resolver. (It checks the scheme of the URI and delegates to
a scheme-specific resolver.)
