[Yanel-dev] Resource library within maven resp. resource extending each other

Hi

I have added an install-jar target to the build of the XML resource such 
one can create a library and pom file in order to upload to the remote 
maven repo.

As a prototype the tape resource

https://svn.wyona.com/repos/public/yanel/contributions/resources/tape

is extending the XML resource and it seems to work pretty nicely so far.
