[Yulup] Spaces replaced by Yulup

Using Yulup 0.3.1 you can now select a default charset which is used 
when opening and writing files from and to the local file system.

If I select "Western (ISO-8859-1)" I can now open this file without 
having to convert it first.

I hope that the introduction of that feature solves all your character 
encoding related issues! :)
