[Yulup] How could you display Editor Toolbar?

I've employed a MIME-type sniffer now. It won't cut all of the time 
(think files without any suffix at all, etc.). But it gets the job done 
most of the times. Furhtermore, I had to add a NAR template for HTML 
documents.

Anyway, this was checked in with revision 22864, so starting with the 
next release, we can also use widgets with documents opened from the 
local filesystem.
