[Yanel-usage] Introduction of "most recent actions" as part of Yanel toolbar

Hi

As most of you probably know, editing tools like for example
"OpenOffice" provide a menu called something like

"Recent documents"
(https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/FAQ/General/I_need_to_see_more_than_the_default_4_items_on_the_list_of_recently_opened_files._How_do_I_achieve_this%3F)

or in german

"Zuletzt benutzte Dokumente"

which is very nice.

I was thinking that it would be nice that the Yanel toolbar would
provide some similar functionality, whereas it is
probably less about opening documents, than about actions, or rather
menus selected in the toolbar.

Since Yanel already provides user tracking, we could implement such a
menu rather easily.
