[Yanel-usage] Prevent caching of protected pages (no cache)

Hi

In order to prevent a browser from caching protected pages we have
recently implemented the resource configuration property

<yanel:property name="yanel:no-cache" value="true"/>

whereas also see

(the property is implemented globally inside
src/webapp/src/java/org/wyona/yanel/servlet/YanelServlet.java)
