[Yanel-usage] Session manager improved

Hi

I have added the session manager resource now as a global resource and 
hence it can also be accessed at

http://127.0.0.1:8080/yanel/yanel/session-manager.html

or more generally

http://127.0.0.1:8080/yanel/MY_REALM/yanel/session-manager.html
