[Yanel-usage] Yaneltoolbar in IE

Hi Bettina

As discussed offline the From Scratch Toolbar implementation seems to 
work also with IE9.

Hence I would suggest try to find the difference between your 
toolbar/menu implementation and the one
of the from scratch realm.

Also have a look at the Javascript console/log of IE.
