[Yanel-usage] Delayed toolbar menu disappearance

Hi

Thanks to Simon the toolbar menu now have a delay, whereas this is 
currently hardcoded within

src/webapp/src/java/org/wyona/yanel/servlet/toolbar/impl/DefaultYanelToolbar.java

by the variable

private int DELAY_IN_MILLIS = 400;

Maybe we can make this configurable at some later stage.

Also please make sure to clean your cache ;-)
