[Yanel-usage] SVN migration

Hi

We have started today our migration to the most recent SVN version on 
another machine
and hence have disabled the permissions, such that we won't have any 
missing commits
(which could happen during the migration) when enabling the new machine.

Unfortunately we had a misunderstanding re timing and communication.

Please apologize any inconvenience. I will notify you again as soon
as the new machine will be enabled, which should hopefully happen during
the weekend.
