[Yanel-usage] quick-start build target introduced

Hi

In order to simplify getting started for first time users of Yanel using 
the source version, we have introduced the quick-start target:

UNIX: ./build.sh quick-start
Windows: build.bat quick-start

You won't have to answer any questions by running this target and hence 
this should make it really easy to build Yanel from scratch.
