[Yanel-usage] Image resource added

Hi

I have added an image resource at

https://svn.wyona.com/repos/public/yanel/trunk/src/contributions/resources/image

which allows scaling of images on the fly.

So far I have only tested it with JPEG images and also the caching of 
images need to be improved by comparing the lastModified.

Please give it a try.
