You can retrieve this document with the following URL:

http://localhost:8080/yanel/yanel/help.html

The first 'yanel' is the servlet context prefix as specified in the 
src/build/build.properties
The second 'yanel' is the reserved resources prefix which is specified 
in conf/yanel.xml
