[Yanel-usage] conf files changed

i think we could improve this.

first step i think would be versioned config files as in patch 
http://bugzilla.wyona.com/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5014 
implemented (please review).

then we could provide a backup in the configuration target which will 
backup the old local config.
then one just could make ./configure.sh after the version-checker 
detected new config versions.
compare the new local config with the backuped local config and it will 
be pretty obvisious what has changed.
configure.sh could provide a diff after backup the locals.

also we could provide a doc page where the general how to is descibed. 
the config checker would show the link to this doc if it detecs an newer 
config version.
