yes this makes sense, as a build directory usually indicates the place
where the compiled output is stored and not the input of a build.
Maven uses directories called "conf", but as Yanel is not strictly Maven
compliant, I think a custom name makes more sense.
So I would agree to "build-conf".

For various reasons I think we should rename the build configuration
directory of resources from "build" to "build-conf", for example from
src/resources/redirect/src/build/
to
src/resources/redirect/src/build-conf/
Do you think the new name "build-conf" makes sense? Or any other
suggestions?
