I don't have the laptop running, and I'm going to the lake now ;-)<div>But the error message was coming from that new ant target (something with version check log4j or something), and then it said that the version number does not match.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Then I changed the version number and updated the new placeholders according to the log4j.properties from the latest yanel (/conf), but still, it gave me that error when building locally... I check later again and let you know the exact error message.</div>

Re what you need to do. I guess you have custom log4j
configuration within<br>
<br>
conf/local/local.log4j.properties<br>
<br>
Hence you need to update your version number in your local
log4j configuration<br>
<br>
version.log4j.properties=2011042100<br>
<br>
and then you should be fine :-)<br>
<br>
Please note that this is intentional such that you
definitely become aware of changes like the above<br>
and consider updating (or not) your local log4j accordingly.
In the particular case above the upgrade<br>
is optional, but still maybe worthwhile if you have a Java
Messaging System running somewhere.<br>
