    I  guess I would consider INVISIBLE as an additonal flag instead a
    workflow status on its own.<br>

    Hence the workflow status would be PUBLIC, but it has the flag
    invisible, because the end user<br>
    is given the right to "pull back" his/her comment, but is not
    allowed to change the workflow<br>

    Makes sense?<br>
