[Yanel-dev] Enable GZIP Compression in Tomcat

Hi Michael,

yes, it gets A LOT smaller.
I also have minimized CSS and JS, but with compression enabled you can save
again up to 80% of bandwidth.

So it's definitely worth having it in place (because CPUs nowadays are
obviously really fast enough to deal with runtime zipping and unzipping).
