[Yanel-dev] Renaming the build configuration directory from "build" to "build-conf"

Hi,
yes this makes sense, as a build directory usually indicates the place
where the compiled output is stored and not the input of a build.
Maven uses directories called "conf", but as Yanel is not strictly Maven
compliant, I think a custom name makes more sense.

So I would agree to "build-conf".
