[Yanel-dev] Unable to see yanel home page

Hi Folks,

I could start yanel successfully(click on build.bat& quick-start) and got
the below notification.

"You have successfully started Yanel 3.0.0 (Revision REVIS
Start your Browser and visit
 http://127.0.0.1:8080/yanel/
Thanks for using Yanel"

But when try to start application from browser, cannot connect to App.
I have attached the screen captures. Kindly help me.
