[Yanel-dev] PolicyManager Version2 now supports policy maps

Hi

Thanks to Cedric the Policy Manager implementation Version 2 now 
supports policy maps,
which allows to define more complex rules than just a 1-to-1 mapping.

An example is given inside the "from scratch realm", but also see your 
local Yanel documentation

it's not 100% tested yet, but so far it works very fine, whereas I would 
expect some improvements in
the near future, hence we announce this only on the development list.
