[Yanel-dev] Default Tomcat upgraded to 7.0.25

Hi

I have made several changes inside the Yanel build process, such that 
Yanel is now using as default Tomcat 7.0.25 instead 5.5.20.

You can of course still use other (older) versions of Tomcat, but the 
changes might help you also to upgrade your
local environment ;-)
