[Yanel-dev] velocity, freemarker resource released

hi all

i'm happy to announce the release of to new yanel resource type.

http://trac.yanel-contribution.3k3.org/wiki/freemarker is more a test 
and not mean to work properly.

since i'm much more satisfied with velocity i will not develop it further.

and here the velocity resource-type:

i use it to i18nize javascript and other text based documents.

it's very similar to jelly from the usecase-resource but without xml.
