[Yanel-dev] Workflow Dashboard started

Hi

I have further improved the workflow dashboard and have added a sample 
configuration to

src/realms/from-scratch-realm-template/src/webapp/global-resource-configs/workflow-dashboard_yanel-rc.xml

with a specific workflow and corresponding mime types. One can test 
drive it by modifying pages, e.g.

http://127.0.0.1:8080/yanel/from-scratch-realm/en/index.html

and then search for the various states, e.g.

http://127.0.0.1:8080/yanel/from-scratch-realm/yanel/workflow-dashboard.html?workflow-state=review&mime-type=text%2Fhtml
