[Yanel-dev] Workflow Dashboard started

Hi

I have started a workflow dashboard which should simplify the search for 
resources with a specific workflow state, e.g.

http://127.0.0.1:8080/yanel/yanel-website/yanel/workflow-dashboard.html?workflow-state=review

This functionality can be used for internal/editorial purposes, but also 
in combination with public contributions via commenting etc.

At the moment it is still very rough, but I will improve it continuously 
and also with regard to an improved search functionality.
