build clean-all (BUT do not delete local files)

Edit src/build/local.build.properties by choosing another tomcat (see
tomcat.version=...)

build quick-start

yanel start

test this combination of Tomcat and Yanel
(to make sure are you are actually testing a particular Tomcat, check
http://127.0.0.1:8080)
