The search is now also working on the live server, e.g.

http://www.yanel.org/yanel/search.html?q=about&provider=yanel

which means only the mime types are now missing ;-)

As soon as the mime types will be added the repository re-indexed, we can
replace the nutch based resource:

http://www.yanel.org/en/search.html?query=about

by the lucene/yanel based repository search resource
