[Yanel-dev] Yanel command line "re-activated"

Hi

While refactoring some other stuff I have come across the Yanel command 
line and fixed it accordingly.
You might want to give it a try as follows:

./yanel.sh cmdl /yanel-website/en/about.html

The original idea was to use it for quick prototyping instead using the 
overhead of a web app server, but
also to make sure (verify) that the various components are independent 
of a web app server.
