The javadoc task in ant uses as classpath the global classpath of the current
ant project, except if overided with classpath tag. ( <javadoc
classpath="..."/> )

When executed through eclipse, this global classpath is set to a whole bunch on
unusefull stuff concerning javadoc (ant classpath)

so, if not overrided, this classpath is given to javadoc, and creates command
line which is to long to windows."
