[Yanel-dev] build.sh eclipse

hi,

I switched to Eclipse Indigo, the latest release.
It seems that the .project structure changed so we would need to introduce a
new target I guess.

When I have some time, I'll work on a new target called "eclipse-indigo", so
that we still have the eclipse target for the old eclipse version.

what do you think?
