[Yanel-dev] what changed with log4j?

I don't have the laptop running, and I'm going to the lake now ;-)
But the error message was coming from that new ant target (something with
version check log4j or something), and then it said that the version number
does not match.

Then I changed the version number and updated the new placeholders according
to the log4j.properties from the latest yanel (/conf), but still, it gave me
that error when building locally... I check later again and let you know the
exact error message.
