[Yanel-dev] Encoding/Decoding resource specific URLs

Hi

I have just noticed that Yanel already implements an "alternative"
decoding of URLs, e.g.

/yanel/resource-types/^http:^2f^2fwww.wyona.org^2fyanel^2fresource^2f1.0::user-admin/dummy.css

which allows to retrieve a file within the "htdocs" directory of a
resource, e.g.

resource-types/user-admin/htdocs/dummy.css

The problem with the "official" encoding %2f (instead ^2f) is that for
example Apache httpd has some
issues with it (AFAIK for security reasons) and hence within a reverse
proxy environment this can cause problems.

Cheers

Michael
