[Yanel-dev] User forgot password config has become simpler

Hi

Since one can configure now the SMTP host and port within yanel.xml, 
hence the forgot password config has become simpler:

src/webapp/global-resource-configs/user-forgot-pw_yanel-rc.xml

which means only the smtpFrom property (from address) needs to be 
configured.
