[Yanel-dev] Issue re Root Policy Editing

Hi

I just noticed a bug re Root policy editing: The current PolicyEditor 
does not support "WORLD" and hence
if saving and is case it was set before, WORLD will be removed from the 
policy which is bad,
because it means that WORLD looses all its permissions.

I will try to do a quick fix until the PolicyEditor also supports WORLD.
