[Yanel-dev] Renaming MY_REALM/src/webapp

Hi

Within the the directory

MY_REALM/scr/webapp

we overwrite various global yanel stuff with realm specific stuff, e.g.

Login Screen src/webapp/xslt/login-screen.xsl
or
404 configuration 
src/realms/from-scratch-realm-template/src/webapp/global-resource-configs/404_yanel-rc.xml

which are part of the Yanel webapp, e.g.

YANEL_TRUNK/src/webapp

Now the problem is that within

MY_REALM/src

we also have java and test and build, etc. and hence it can be kind of 
confusing.

Therefore my suggestion is to rename

MY_REALM/src/webapp

to

MY_REALM/local/webapp

and make this backwards-compatible.
