When I opened an existing HTML page (marked UTF-8, containing umlauts) for
editing with TinyMCE for the first time, it seems to have converted all the
umlauts to "some" numbered entities, but not the correct ones, so that
afterwards the text was quite illegible. When I enter the umlauts in TinyMCE,
or when I change those incorrect ones to the correct ones, it seems to work.
