[Yanel-dev] Location of realm files/directories: realm.xml, resource-types.xml, build.xml and build directory

Hi

If you do not want to experience any surprises, then it is important to 
keep the following files within your ROOT realm directory:

- realm.xml
- resource-types.xml
- build.xml

because otherwise the generic Yanel build process might not do what you 
expect it to do.

Also make sure that your realm build directory is located on the same 
level, because otherwise your realm-jar is built, but
not copied into the Yanel webapps lib folder.

I agree that it would be nice if these conventions could be a bit more 
relaxed, but it would need some work
on the build processes. Any contributions are of course welcome.
