The inconsistency for commons-io is now fixed, but there are other duplicates
in the repository. These should be fixed incrementally, whenever the
opportunity arises. Some of the remaining duplicates are: 

apache-jakarta-commons-logging-1.0.4.jar
commons-logging-1.0.4.jar
commons-logging-1.1.jar

apache-jakarta-commons-discovery-0.2.jar
commons-discovery-0.2.jar

According to this guideline, also the following should be renamed for
consistency, because it is not (anymore) part of Jakarta:
