[Yanel-dev] How to handle WORLD with the access policy editor

Hi

It seems to me that the current access policy editor does not allow to 
edit the WORLD rights.

Also it is not clear to me how the UsecasePolicy interface is handling 
WORLD, or is WORLD considered as
a special Identity?
