[Yanel-dev] Neutron exception type 'neutron' does not really exist

Hi

I have noticed that within the YanelServlet the neutron exception type 
"neutron" is used,
whereas the specification does not list such a type

Is it possible that Yulup supports or that it means the type is "unknown"?
