[Yanel-dev] New build property copy.resource-type-configs.to.webapp

Hi

We have introduced a new build property called 
copy.resource-type-configs.to.webapp within 
src/build/(local.)build.properties
which allows to enable/disable the copying of resource-type configs into 
the webapp by setting copy-dir-name attributes.
