Well, I meant we should make Apache permanently redirect these URLs to 
the "canonical" ones, not actually changing any page, although we should 
also do that gradually if we decide to do it. This should not be a lot a 
work as most links are probably relative, but there are also links from 
text files and such that are absolute.

Well, I am not sure all search engines can readily understand that 
http://yanel.wyona.org/ and http://yanel.org/ really is the same content 
without us providing any kind of redirection between them.
So you end up with results from both sites when doing searches (I saw 
that happen to Joost website on Google for example, with identical pages 
from both domains with and without "www").
And of course if the links are not deemed equivalent, your pagerank just 
goes down!
