There is already a minimalistic UI (made some time ago by Josias to demonstrate
the use of ExecutableUsecaseResource according to Simon) which seems to do the
job, see
http://localhost:8080/yanel/yanel-website/usecases/user-mgmt/list-groups.html
(use a admin user like "alice" for logging in).

We should try to introduce subgroups there 1st, or rewriting it from scratch if
really needed but be careful because the current group UI implementation is
intertwingled with the current user UI's (see bug 6897 comment 1).
