Maybe if we do not want to refactor the layout selector right now we should
consider opening another enhancement bug since doing that can wait after 1.0?


As a second design I would suggest for simplicity/expendiency as none of us are
UI designers that we just borrow Yulup's here: http://www.yulup.org/

For caching issues we should just make sure that both sets of images/CSS are
accessed thru different URLs and all should be fine I guess.
