zip file with all the fix

I have attached the zip file. It includes:

layoutselector directory which has the resource code.

conf/local directory with local.resource-types file with the updated entry for
new resource.

data-repo --- this has the new app1 and app2 folders.

res-config -- generic-xhtml-page_yanel-rc, my-global.xsl.yanel-rc.  I have
added template name for this. Not sure really necessary.

res-config/navigation  --- all files.  They were refering to the resource type
as app. I changed it to app1.  Not the ideal thing to do but I did not want to
modify the resource just to handle that
