Done by Prabodh and commited after review in revision 43761, thanks! :)

All questions from comment 1 have been answered separately thru E-mail:
1. for now the forgotten passwords' data is stored in the session (which may be
problematic for clustering) *and* (untested) in the repository under the path
configured in the "change-password-requests-path" RC property.
2. the confirmation link expiration delay is configurable thanks to the
"num-hrs-valid" RC property, so no admin UI to change it is deemed needed.
